1. Fulfillment Timeline
Processing Time: Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 12 to 24 business hours.
Daily Cut-off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will be processed same-day.
Weekend Shipping: To avoid compounds sitting in transit over weekends, orders placed on Friday afternoon or Saturday may be held for Monday morning dispatch to ensure maximum stability.
2. Discreet & Secure Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging to ensure privacy and security.
Our vials are secured with professional-grade padding to prevent breakage during transit.
The return address will reflect our fulfillment center name, not "Peptides" or "Biotech," to maintain discretion.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer several tiers of shipping to meet your laboratory’s timeline:
Standard Lab Shipping (3-5 Business Days): Flat rate shipping for non-urgent research.
Priority Research Express (1-2 Business Days): Recommended for sensitive compounds.
Free Shipping: Available on all domestic orders over $200.
4. International Research Shipments
We ship to most global destinations. Please note:
Customs: Researchers are responsible for knowing the local regulations regarding the import of research peptides in their specific country.
Stability: For long-haul international shipping, we utilize advanced lyophilization that remains stable at room temperature for up to 4 weeks.
5. Tracking & Delivery
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking Number via email or SMS.
Native Biomolecular is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your "Ship To" address is a secure location.
6. Cold-Chain Requirements
While our peptides are shipped in a stable, lyophilized (freeze-dried) state, they should be transferred to cold storage (2°C – 8°C) immediately upon arrival to ensure long-term sequence integrity.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team at care@regencypeptides.com within 48 hours of the delivery date with your order number and photo evidence of the damage
